Using these services is not free, but it is worth the cost of these programs in order to leverage your link building work for more results.
Linx Boss is a perpetual link building system which is expensive when compared to article submission services. Its big positive is that there is no work required the initital set up. Its drawbacks include the price and the somewhat limited amount of links that can be built with it.
Article marketing on the other hand has no limits to the amount of links that can be built with it and there are no limits to how many different websites you can send links to (with Linx Boss there is a limit of five domains unless you expand your account.)
The biggest negative with article marketing is that you must actually go to the trouble of writing and spinning your articles! If you want more links then you have to do more work.
